Do you like being outdoors, have a love for environmental science and enjoy teaching people about nature? Would you be interested in giving history tours through an antebellum home? Or simply greeting visitors? Maybe you would like to be an insider at one of Audubon's biggest festivals, the Hummingbird Migration Celebration? Volunteering with Strawberry Plains is an excellent way to give back to your community and a great place to share and gain valuable skills.

By volunteering with SPAC, you can combine and use your talents -- We have a job for everyone! Getting started is easy. No experience is required. All you need is a good sense of adventure and commitment to our mission. The staff of SPAC will train you in the natural and historic heritage of our property and the specifics of your job.

The Volunteer Form attached at the bottom of the page will help us match your interests with our needs. Simply open it, fill it out and send it back to us.

Currently, we have a great need for volunteers to help out with our 2010 Hummingbird Migration Celebration. To learn more about volunteering at the festival, click on the PowerPoint icon at the bottom of the page to see a slide show of information. If you are interested, just check the appropriate box on the Volunteer Form and get it to us as soon as possible -- We had over 100 people volunteer last year but as our festival grows, so does our need for volunteers!
