Throughout our wildlands, neighborhoods, and communities, Invasive Species have become a tremendous challenge to providing quality habitat for wildlife, while ensuring the future of our native flora, fauna and biodiversity.
Join us as Mitch Robinson walks us through a presentation describing the larger context of invasive plants, species particularly problematic to our area, removal techniques and alternative native plant choices.
We will begin with an indoor presentation, then head out to identify many of the species on the SPAC property and removal techniques. Stick around to help us remove a few key invasives from new project areas!
