For over a decade, Strawberry Plains Audubon Center has provided the blueprint for Creating Bird-Friendly Communities through our Native Plant Nursery and expert consultation. We are proud to continue to support Audubon's new ambitious campaign to Create the World's Largest Bird Sanctuary, by inspiring people who love birds to transform their outdoor space, with the goal of converting one million acres of home and urban landscapes into healthy habitat for birds and other wildlife within the next three years.

Strawberry Plains Audubon Center recently has partnered with the Army Corp of Engineers and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks to enhance biodiversity and encourage awareness of native habitat at the State Waterfowl Wildlife Management Area on Sardis Lake, out side of Oxford, MS.
